A base fee may apply up to the first 2,500 square feet and additional fees may apply for each 500 square feet thereafter,

How are Tours Billed? We will provide you an estimated price
before you confirm your order if you put in an estimated square footage amount (such as sq ft per tax records per or an appraisal). You may edit your order
at any time prior to work being completed and you will not be billed until work has been completed, except for any cancellation fees, if applicable. Read more on billing and fees by

- Realtor.com linking - Free for Showcase members ($20.00 for non-Showcase members who are not Realtor.com members).
- Linking to your websites - FloorPlanOnline provides Free linking to many MLS websites and select company websites.
- Renew Tour - Each tour is good for one year and can be renewed for $29.00/year thereafter.
- Vanity Domain Name - The property address can be the tour web address, such as www.111AnyStreet.com - $20/year. See Tour Upgrades for your order.
- Additional Trip Charges - Starts at $100 and depends on what is required for the second trip.
- Additional Photos - $5 per photo for full service work over the stated requirement for the product/service ordered.
